How do I create a Rosemary Cleaning Services Account?

When you book online, an account will automatically be created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re all set. You can also create and log into your account at this link https://rosemarycleaningservices.launch27.com/login

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home page. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own equipment, supplies, and products. If you have a special request such as  unscented products, or want us to use your own supplies and equipment, just let us know.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, when booking your appointment, you will be able to add any additional notes for the team. Right now we are not offering extras.

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account. Click on your name at the top right of the page. Choose “Change Password”.

How do I reset my password?

You can Submit a password change request on the customer login page https://rosemarycleaningservices.launch27.com/login

How do I change my address?

Login into your account. Click on your name at the top right of the page. Choose “Edit Contact Info”. Enter your address. Click “Save Changes”.

How do I change my credit card?

Login into your account. Click on your name at the top right of the page. Choose “Billing Info”. Enter your card Info. Click “Add Credit Card”.

How do I book my first appointment?

Click on “Booking Page” and enter your information. You can also give us a call and we’ll reserve a spot in the schedule for you.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely. We conduct thorough background checks on all our employees. If we would not trust someone to clean our own home, we are not going to send them to clean yours.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can ensure you complete satisfaction.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes. We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Please call us within 48 hours if you were unhappy or something was missed during your cleaning. We guarantee our service so will return to correct the problem at no additional charge. If something small was missed that you would like to bring to our attention. Please do call, email, or leave a note for the team next time they come out.
