- Updated Cleaning list
- The biggest change in our cleaning list is that cleaning window blinds blade by blade and dusting baseboards are no longer be included in a regular cleaning. You can add these and other extras by login into your account or by contacting us. Our cleaning list can be found further down below.
- Fees for skipped cleanings
- The prices that we give you are based on the frequency of your cleaning along with other factors. If you skip (a) cleaning(s), we will add a fee to your next cleaning.
- Cancellations
- Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee.
- We ask that you make cancellations at least 12 hours in advance.
- Extras
- Our prices for extras have changed. If you have any extras, we will remove those them for all your future cleanings. You can check the prices/add those extras on our booking page, by login into your account, or by contacting us.
- If you want an additional bedroom/bathroom cleaned, we ask that you let us know in advance so we can let you know if we’re able to fit that in our schedule that day.
- Tips
- If you tip your cleaners through our booking system, we will remove all future tips. This way you can see your price without the tip. You can always log back in and add those tips again. Tips always go to the cleaners.
- Normally, tipping is a personal preference. It is usually not expected but always appreciated by the cleaners. If you are impressed with the overall job or if you know your home is extremely dirty and the cleaners went above and beyond then showing gratitude is always a nice gesture.
So, What’s Included In a Standard Home Cleaning?
Common Areas
- LIGHT Dusting blinds(deep cleaning blinds can be requested for additional price)
- Dusting window ledges
- Dusting Ceiling fans
- Empty and replace trash bags
- General dusting
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces
Kitchen
- Dust all accessible surfaces
- Clean countertops
- spot clean kitchen cabinets
- wipe down the exterior of appliances like the stove, oven, and fridge
- Clean the inside of the microwave
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces
- Take out any garbage and replace garbage bags
Bathroom
- spot clean cabinets
- Empty and replace trash bags
- Clean Mirrors
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces
- Wash all countertops
- Sanitize toilets and toilet bowls
- Clean showers and tubs
- Clean sinks
- clean spouts and handles
- only dust electronic screens (Because of liability, we cannot remove any stains on your electronic screens)
Bedroom
- LIGHT dusting blinds (deep cleaning blinds can be requested for additional price)

- Make beds & change linens (when left out on bed)
- General dusting
- Empty and replace trash bags
- Clean mirrors
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floor surfaces
What’s Not Included In a Standard Home Cleaning?
Ladders / Heavy Objects
- LADDERS: For the safety of our cleaners, they will not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted w/ an extension duster
- HEAVY OBJECTS: Our cleaners will not lift more than 25lbs. If you require cleaning behind furniture and appliances please make the necessary accommodations.
- INSECTS: If discovered that your home has bed bug or insects infestation, we will ask you to have your home professionally treated before coming back to regular services.
Remediation / Carpet Detailing / Paint
- REMEDIATION: For removal of bad odor from pet or other waste please contact a specialist.
- CARPET CLEANING: We do not offer detailed carpet cleaning. Stain and odor removal require special equipment.
- PAINT: We do not offer removal at all. This requires special equipment and removal can damage those areas.
Biological Waste / Outdoor Work / Post Construction
- BIOLOGICAL WASTE: Rosemary Cleaning Services is not equipped to handle any chemical or biological waste.
- OUTDOOR WORK: Due to safety and liability issues for our cleaners and members, we do not offer any outdoor work. This includes garages and all patios.
- POST CONSTRUCTION: we do not offer post construction work including remodel. If you have booked thinking its just dust from remodel, we will have to leave.
The Fine Print
- Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to access the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there’s a $50 service fee.
- We will not clean for anyone that is disrespectful to any of our employees.
- Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but can’t prevent this entirely.
- We cannot move furniture in a standard cleaning, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step stepstool.
- Because of liability, we cannot remove any stains on your electronic screens. We will only dust electronic screens.
- We do not provide laundry services nor do we wash dishes.
- We cannot guarantee the result of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
